Hezekiah Academy for Teachers (HAT) Foundation is the four-fold Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project and partnership between the International School of Management (ISM) Lagos and the International School of Management (ISM) London.

Both institutions collaborate to provide a scholarship fund to deserving students at colleges of education in Nigeria. A second and equally important part of the HAT Foundation is the design and delivery of various tuition-free courses for the personal improvement and professional development of practising teachers in the public and private Education sector across Sub-Saharan Africa. The third part of the foundation is the establishment of access to a robust digital library for educators who are registered with the foundation and committed to its honour code.

The fourth aspect of the CSR project is the Annual Secondary School Programmes in partnership with the Ministry of Education of selected states in Nigeria. Participating students and winners of youth development competitions such as quizzes, sports, debates and STEM projects are admitted into a two-week long citizenship and social development summer camp (HAT Patriotism Camp) hosted by different Local and State Governments
