The African Youth Academy (aka Total Life Centre) is the University Foundation & Undergraduate Level Academy founded by the International School of Management (ISM) London. The academy is made up of series of courses curated for personal discovery, continuous improvement, interpersonal  relationship, citizenship and leadership development in young people. 

All courses offered under African Youth Academy (AYA), otherwise presented as the Total Life Centre (TLC) are targeted at championing the cause of adopting proven means and methodologies of learning and development as foundation for the much coveted social change and transformation advocated by many individuals,  governments and organisations for the African continent.
